What we do
Most emergencies start small. A pipe splits in the loft, a fitting lets go under the sink, a toilet keeps filling until it spills over. We stop the water, make the leak safe and then fix it properly, on the same visit where we can.

Questions about emergency plumbing
What should I do before you arrive?
Turn the water off at the stopcock. It is usually under the kitchen sink or where the water pipe comes into the house. Turn it clockwise. If water is near lights or sockets, switch off the electrics at the fuse box if you can reach it safely.
Do you come out at night or at weekends?
Call and ask. We will be straight with you about whether we can get there and when.
Will you fix it on the first visit?
We aim to. We carry the common fittings and pipe. If a part has to be ordered, we make it safe and come back.
