Do you charge to come and quote?
Call and tell us what the job is. For most work we'll come and look, then give you a clear price before anything starts. See our cost page for how we price different jobs.
Do you cover emergencies?
Yes. Ring 07872069918 and we'll tell you straight away whether we can get to you and when. Turn the water off at the stopcock while you wait.
I rent my home. Can I still call you?
Yes. We can speak to your landlord or letting agent to get the repair approved and send the invoice to them.
Do you work on business premises?
Yes. Shops, offices, cafés and rental properties. We plan the work around your opening hours.
