Our lawful basis
We use your information to take steps you've asked for before a job and to carry out the work you've agreed to. We keep financial records because the law requires it. We record IP addresses with form messages because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam.
Who we share it with
Messages sent through the contact form are received by the person who manages this website for DW Plumbing, who passes them straight to David so he can get back to you. They are not used for anything else.
Otherwise, your information is only shared where needed to do the job or meet legal duties. For example, with an accountant, with a supplier delivering parts to your address, or with your landlord or managing agent if you're a tenant and the repair needs their approval.
